**How long does it take to ship?**  
Everything is handmade, so I need about 5–7 business days to make your order before it ships.

**Do you send tracking?**  
Yep! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.

**Can I make changes to my order?**  
If you catch it within 12 hours of placing the order, email me and I’ll do my best. After that, custom orders can’t be changed.

**What if something arrives damaged?**  
Take a picture and email me at CrazyKatDesignCo@gmail.com within 7 days — I’ll make it right.

**Where are you based?**  
Daytona Beach, Fl — all items are made right here by me 💕

**Can I request something custom?**  
Absolutely! Just email me or message me on Facebook or Instagram.
