Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from Crazy Kat Design Co! Since all items are custom made-to-order, we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our end.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CrazyKatDesignCo@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly make it right with a replacement or store credit.

All sales are final for custom designs. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order! Custom Orders are non-refundable!!!!
