Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins. If you need to make changes, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping addresses. Once your item leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control. We will, however, do our best to help if issues arise.

All designs, product images, and content on this site belong to Crazy Kat Design Co. Please do not copy or use our work without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Always follow safety guidelines, especially with items like tumblers or heat-sensitive products.
