How do I order something personalized?
Choose your product, then select the size, color and customization option shown on that listing. Enter names and wording exactly as you want them to appear. For custom options, use the design-details or upload fields when available.
You can also email photos, logos or instructions to CrazyKatDesignCo@gmail.com with your order number after checkout.
Can I request a design or order several items?
Yes. Request a custom order or quote for shirts, embroidered hats, tumblers or business products. Include the item, quantity, sizes or colors, design idea and requested deadline.
How long does it take to ship?
Our usual processing time is 5–7 business days before shipping, and may vary during holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. See our shipping policy for details.
Do you send tracking?
Yes. Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
Can I get my order by a specific date?
Contact Kat before ordering with the item, quantity, delivery ZIP code and event date so we can discuss timing. Please confirm availability before relying on a deadline.
Can I make changes to my order?
Email CrazyKatDesignCo@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help. Include your order number and the exact change. After that, custom orders can’t be changed.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact CrazyKatDesignCo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. See our refund policy for the full details.

I ordered the business branding package. What happens next?
Complete the Business Branding Questionnaire and include your order number. Send any logo files or inspiration photos to CrazyKatDesignCo@gmail.com with the same business name and order number.
